A friend who follows the Arab world closely and travels there frequently for work emailed me today to say that Saudi Arabia is blocking Wikipedia. I haven’t found independent confirmation of this, but I’ll keep digging.
Update Khaled comments to explain that it was a technical glitch over the weekend. He’s a Saudi technology blogger.
Somehow it keeps happening on weekends (which is thursday/friday), I’m pretty sure its a mistake, it always happen. Human error or auto filter error, I will never know …
