If I were publishing an article by Conrad Black, I think I’d see fit to mention that he’s currently serving time in a federal penitentiary.
He also manages to write an amazingly flat piece about the very three-dimensional Boris Johnson.

It’s also a little odd that Time doesn’t see fit to inform readers who Boris Johnson is.

It’s there, just buried in Black’s rather sententious prose. It is odd that they make readers search for it. I’m sure most Time readers have no idea who Boris Johnson is.
