New York Times on arrests in Chicago: “The arrests on Monday of two men with personal ties to the mayor provided the most detailed look yet at a scheme in which, prosecutors say, senior aides routinely selected people for city jobs based not on merit but on political connections.”
Not exactly a shocking revelation for anyone who has ever had a connection with Chicago.
